Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. As a result, I have formed a network of professionals, on whom we can all trust....from lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, to title companies and a slew of home-related vendors. Real estate is not new to me.

Side note: I have 2 miniature dachshunds that are a constant source of laughter for me.  Have you ever been to the wiener dog races held the last weekend of April each year in Buda? You should, it's an absolute riot!!!
